Always with the aim of improving the health care and management model, the 10th Brilho nos Olhos Workshop – promoted by the Superior Administration of the Hospital das Clínicas of FMUSP – met, on December 7th-12th, 2022, two hundred participants at the Institute of Radiology Auditorium (InRad). Everyone in the Complex had access to the simulcast of the event over the Internet.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Secretary of State for Health, Dr. Jean Gorinchteyn, who represented Governor Rodrigo Garcia; the Director of FMUSP and President of Deliberative Council of HCFMUSP, Professor Eloisa Silva Dutra de Oliveira Bonfá; the Clinical Vice Director of HCFMUSP, Prof. Edivaldo Massazo Utiyama; the Superintendent of HCFMUSP, Engineer Antonio José Rodrigues Pereira; the President Director of Medical School Foundation (FFM), Dr. Arnaldo Hossepian Junior and the Corporate Superintendent of Zerbini Foundation (FZ), Dr. Andre Giordano.
Work days
On the first day, the workshop activities opened with the presentation of the HCFMUSP Complex results retrospective between the years 2019 and 2022. Numbers, data and management performance were analyzed by Prof. doctor Edivaldo Massazo and Eng. Antonio José Rodrigues Pereira.
For their commitment and dedication to the Institution, 24 employees from FFM, FZ, Hospital Auxiliar de Suzano, Cancer Institute of the State of São Paulo, Central Institute, Institute for Children and Adolescents, Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Institute of Heart, Institute of Radiology, Institute of Psychiatry, Institute of Orthopedics and Traumatology and Administration Building.
The lecture “Dynamism of skills and abilities” was given by specialists Luiz Joaquim and Murilo Bareni, from the company Deloitte, which operates in 60 countries in the areas of consulting, risk management and financial advisory.
The second and last day of the 10th Brilho nos Olhos Workshop dealt with the innovation structure; leadership training and group exercises to make inspiration come true. After the presentation of the groups, the works were consolidated and presented with the objective of establishing the next steps of the assistance and management model.
