The Hospital das Clínicas (HC) of the Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo (FMUSP) and the Central Laboratory of the Central Institute of HCFMUSP are highlights among institutions with the best experience and quality of services in their categories – reveals the 7th edition of the Estadão Best Services ranking of 2022 published by the newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo.

The research indicates that consistent relationship work with the public is the most awarded aspect by consumers. To reach the results, 10,832 interviews were carried out, which resulted in 92,47 8 evaluations – an average of 8.5 evaluations per interviewee.

In the Hospitals category, HCFMUSP came in second. And in the Laboratory category, the Laboratory of the Central Institute of HCFMUSP stood out in third place.
